The United People's Ancreii Confederation is a democratic stratocracy in Southern Drakoria. The nation, comprising six cities, one federal district, an incorporated commonwealth, and a number of territories, is situated mostly on the south-east coast of the Drakoria continent. It shares land borders with the Wyrm Dominion and the Drakorian Empire which both are hostile to the state. To the east is the Caydar Sea leading out to Kasuria, the west is covered by tall mountains and rolling hills with provided the confederation with a natural barrier against invasions. The inner mountains prosper is where the 'heart' of the confederation located with flat fields and plains surrounded by mountains created an ideal place for civilization. The northeast and south are flat with forests.

The confederation was originally an autocratic monarchy puppet founded by the Kasurian kingdom lead by a noble and heavily isolated with the outside world. The Ancreii moved to the colony to aid the Kasurian kingdom in manpower and labor until the Honey Revolution where the United Confederation People's Army took up arms against the monarchy. The local monarchy was overthrown two years later and the confederation split into two nations, The United People's Confederation and the Free Cities. The confederation was reunified in a few weeks by signing the Ancreii United Pact for defense and economic purposes as Kasuria and the Ancreii Confederation were still at war. Later on the Ancreii forces defeated the Kasurians at the Battle of Toraskia and ended the war between the two. The Dominion War between the Wyrm Dominion and the Drakoria Empire to end the confederacy in Southern Drakoria also ended with the confederation military strategic victory, but now embargoed by the three factions which crippled the economic growth of the confederation.

Government:

The Ancreii Confederation is a stratocracy where the Ancreii generals and admirals known as Speakers holds power. The Head Speaker is the Head of State, the People's Council is the supreme Legislative, Judicial, Diplomatic and Executive body of the nation, granting the Head of State absolute power over the nation. The Head Speaker heads the nation's foreign and domestic policy, can issue any laws with the exception of the Laws of Order which grants many protections and rights to its citizens. They can also defeat any other form of legislation at a whim without any reasoning given as long as it doesn't violate the Laws of Order. Despite these power and influences, the government run on a meritocracy system where positions of power is held by people who've earned or deemed fit to run these positions by merit. By the people's right these high positions are not taken by force but voted and granted by the citizens even forcing the citizens to attack the government if it failed to uphold laws and order among the people.

Ancreii government utilizes a highly bureaucratic form of governance. All decisions made by the Speaker Committee influence lower organisations within the state. It decides how the nation is to be run, and lower organisations implement policy as decided by the Speaker Committee. The People's Council, headed by the Head Speaker, is the de-jure Executive Branch of the Ancreii Government, its role is to manage the day-to-day running of the nation. There's several councils where the Speakers meet to manage the country: Economic Council, Military Council, Diplomatic Council, People's Council, the Laws Council, and the Peace Council. Each of them reports back to the People's Council who then make a vote which can be vetoed any times by the Head Speaker.


Their roles are listed:

Economic Council: Due the rejection of money except with trading with outsiders, they provide a true communistic system of economic policy. Everyone is given the four needs of a proper society: food, shelter, warmth, and clothing. Everything is provided by the state to its citizens and in return the citizens aid the state and each others to keep the gears of society going like a machine. They also control trade and tariffs along with finding and removing homelessness by providing jobs and education to its younger citizens.

Military Council: They work with the military and militia to provide them with training, equipment, and weapons. They review the military and rapidly changes any key weaknesses or counter these weaknesses as best as possible. They also review future officers and Speakers to be leaders.

Diplomatic Council: All officers of the confederation have a role in the council when outside of the confederation. To promote relationships between the state and others. They seek to promote economic, military, and political gains between the country and those of interests. By providing monetary gains and a massive labor force in return for a percent of goods given to its workers often perks the interest of many companies and countries.

People's Council: The strongest branch with hold the political power of the entire state and its people. The People's Council get all the reports from the other councils and make decesions based on them. They will vote to pass or denied these reports. The Head Speaker can veto, change, or accept any laws or order with the exeception of the Laws of Order which cannot be broken by any means.

Law Council: They handle new laws and regulations, they are also the court system by granting each citizens a fair and balance system. They do not use a jury, but instead used evidences and eye-witnesses. A person who can't be proven innocent or guilty without firm proof is given 12 years of military services to prevent executing innocents and still punishing those guilty.

Peace Council: Manages the law enforcement of the confederation and ensures the political domination of the People's Council over all aspects of Ancreii life. They're considered to be efficient and brutal to those against the state.

Military

The Home Defense Force is the military force of the Ancreii Confederation. Which is divided into five official branches: The People's Militia, United Confederation Navy, the United Confederation Infantry Corps, The Confederation Marines Corps, Specialized Attack Group. The Home Defense Force is controlled by the Military Council. Three years military service is required for all citizens aged 18 through to 21 with a few exceptions. At the end of this three year period a conscript may choose to stay on as a voluntary soldier, get an education, or join the military as professional soldiers. There is no limitations on age as parents can send their children to join the People's Militia. There's a limited requirement of 16 for more professional and dangerous positions in the arm forces. Women are required to fight along with males and promoted to be leaders and builders of the confederation.

Economic:

Ancreii Confederation has a central planned command economy, fueled by its immense abundance of natural resources, which allow the nation to be almost entirely self-sufficient. It has high productivity and well developed infrastructure. Private enterprise is totally non-existent as such the entire economy is state owned and operated. The confederation is one of the few nations in the world with no monetary system, and distribution of goods is rationed by the state and based upon need and improving the quality of life for all citizens. Ancreii Confederation is an rapidly growing industrialized nation. Although it strives for self-sufficiency in all economic sectors, it lacks in production of consumer goods. This means that the confederation has opened itself up to limited trade, however because it has no monetary system it often trades its raw resources or industrial products in exchange for consumer goods.

Agriculture is also an important sector of the economy, primarily due to the nation strive for self-sufficiency. In particular rice, corn, meat and exotic fruit are grown in large farms.

The confederation claims to have one of the lowest levels of income inequality in the world, due to its lack of monetary system and equal distribution of goods. Speakers, officers, and other key members of society live in conditions the same as or only slightly better than the average citizen.

Social:

The government follow a philosophy called Hkvasm similar to the 'hive mind' of ants, bees, and wasps which the society work together to create a strong and effective colony. People's Council states that "The State must intervene directly in the lives of each individual, in order to unlock their full industrial, political and cultural potential." As such, the practical application of Hkvasm in the confederation created a totalitarian state in which the government has no limits and regulates virtually every single aspect of personal life. The Ancreii Government regulates how many children citizens may have, where they will work, what job they will have, where they will live.

In general, all major decisions normally made by an individual are made by the state. However, despite this the state grants many personal freedoms which often denied by other countries. The state allowed many freedoms to its citizens under the Laws of Order. Non-citizens are educated to be allocated a future job based on a test taken at the age of 10. Their future education would then train them for this position. The result of the test decides an Ancreii citizen's place in the social standing of the nation and who will become a member of the military and granted citizenship. Mass military-style civil parades with their Tobaka games also became common. The Ancreii people are extremely obedient to authority and their perceived superiors creating an army of fanatics loyal to the state and their culture.

One of the most well known aspects of the confederation is the anti-religious aspect. Seeing the religious wars and conflicts all around the world, the government banned all forms of religions and after the Honey Revolution expelled all magical creatures and those who refused were simply killed creating the Magicka Genocide where the government forces killed those practicing magic, magical creatures, and those of religious who refused to leave the country. Despite the harsh nature of removing these 'unacceptable', they view these kind as a threat to the people and the state.
